DIGITAL LEAP AT THE EXPERIENCE FARM: AUTOMATION FREES UP TIME FOR GENUINE ENCOUNTERS

Erica's Animals & Experiences Ltd. has implemented a comprehensive digital development project with the help of rural business support. The goal of the project has been the overall professionalization and automation of the company's business processes. Through the project, the company's back-office administration has been reformed to meet the requirements of modern digital entrepreneurship.

As key measures of the project, static websites have been transformed into a smart and dynamic booking system-based online service in cooperation with atflow Oy. The new system enables direct and real-time booking and purchasing online of accommodation options, such as Konttikoti, the nostalgic granary, and the Glamping tent, as well as experience activities and farm visits. At the same time, communication automation has been implemented, which smoothly handles booking confirmations and customer instructions in the background. Discoverability and international accessibility have been improved through search engine optimization and an English version of the website.

As part of the project, the entrepreneurs have participated in multi-stage and in-depth user training, which has provided full capabilities to manage the digital customer journey, product settings, and analytics completely independently. The automation of routine administrative work has revolutionized the company's daily operations and freed up entrepreneurs' time from back-office tasks directly for the company's core mission: ensuring service quality, developing new business, and genuine customer interaction through animal-assisted activities and NEPSY coaching. The project supports the company's long-term growth and strengthens the vitality of rural tourism regionally.
