Safety issue

Safety:

Although our animals are used to many things and are kind, it is good to remember that they have species-specific characteristics and natural instincts may guide them to act in a certain way. Let the animals become interested in you.
Do not scare them by running after them, but let them come to you.
Loud noises also scare animals. They have much more sensitive hearing than we humans.

  • Climbing the farm fences is dangerous and therefore prohibited. The wires that run around the enclosures carry harmless but unpleasant electricity, so you should be careful of them. Do not throw sticks or stones, so as not to harm animals or other people.
  • Do not pick up animals without permission!
  • If an animal leaves you, let it go. Do not chase!
  • Do not feed animals without permission.

Please note that our toilets do not meet special requirements for accessibility or childcare.

Customer responsibility:

We do not compensate for damage caused by animals to humans, other animals or property. Children can be guided to approach animals without unnecessary fear, but still with normal caution.

The administrators and responsible persons are responsible for monitoring public safety, planning and providing instructions, reporting and monitoring accidents and near-miss situations.

Safety equipment:

  • The exits in the social area are marked with exit signs
  • A first aid kit is in the social area
  • There is a powder extinguisher and a fire blanket in the social area
  • There are identification boards on the farm for accident situations: one is on the wall of the stable, the other is in the social area
